Today; first off went flyering to Marie-Haps which is a languages/interpreting/translating school i gather. we flyered for about half an hour while students arrived for the start of lectures at 8am.
Wet to the Wolowé lunhchtime group for 13h and then stuck around in Woluwé until 18h30 to go to the evening group.
How did I spend roughly 5 hours in Woluwé? I went to a shopping centre, I chilled out in Quick, had a hot chocolate, wrote my journal, revised some subjunctive for the start of my french course tomorrow, and THEN...
I went for a wander and found... Cook and Book. Quite possibly the coooooolest establishment i've ever been in. Its a book shop, AND a restaurant. A poshish one. Literally people are sat eating lovely meals, while you persue books around them. sounds weird i know, but was sooo cool. there was a huge room too for music with loads of insturments in it too, including a grand piano. Then there were separate bits to this huge se,i circulqr shaped building, a jazz music bar place, a "cultural library", and APPARENTLY a free cyber internetry plqce, which i somehow ,anaged to miss even tho i followed signs for it... still
defo new fun place to go; although a littttttle bit expensive. WOOHOO they have a website www.cookandbook.com
check. it. out. :)
