The Second Law of Thermodynamics

This might sound boring, but you should totally watch this clip from BBC's 'Wonders of the Universe'. This episode entitled 'Destiny' is about time. Here, Professor Brian Cox explains the second law of thermodynamics, and how it proves the "arrow of time"... that we always have to keep moving forwards into the future, and that the future can never be the same as the past, because the future is always becoming more disordered than before. Low entropy stuff has to become high entropy stuff.

Basically... he ends up saying the universe is always moving from order to chaos... and so the universe will eventually cease to exist entirely.

My point then: where did the order come from?
Doesn't this law contradict the big bang theory?

Please if you have any ideas, leave a comment. I am genuinely befuddled by this, cheers :)
