more reasons to love (and hate) devon.

Today we went on a bay cruise around Dawlish. In case you don't know, Dawlish and the area is famous for it's railway line that goes right along the sea front, through five tunnels in the cliffs between Dawlish and Teignmouth. Between these tunnels are coves that are inaccessible without a boat, and so finally, after seven years of living here, I got the opportunity to check them out with my Spanish students!

"Dead Man's Cove" - it's like the famous five!

"The Parson and the Clerk" - very famous rock. Looks like what it's called apparently.

The beautiful town of Dawlish :)

"My Queen" - the boat.

And the Jurassic coastline from the beach.

Reasons NOT to like Devon at the moment. Well... it's not really that I don't like Devon for it, as that I am just extremely annoyed/upset/angry both with myself and this stranger who's car I accidentally bumped which is now probably going to cost me a rather unreasonable £500 to fix. grr.
