Wedding Number 1

So Jen and Nick got married on Saturday, my photography skills weren't the best as you may see the blurriness... but it was looovely. The service and the reception... I was so nervous for her waiting to come in, my dress was quite constricting and i thought i was going to pass out or something the rate my heart was going lol! But I didn't and yeah, like I said... it was all just beautiful and there was an amazing band at the reception and we booooogied for ages :D

Here's me and Cell after the reception... we were matching so thought a photo was appropriate:

Yeah, we had a good time at water world too on Friday... the first slide i went on was the worst though...SO fast. But yeah... lots of laughs were had I think with Max's thong and the twix in the rapids, skittles and bellybuttons, and playing sardines. I really can't believe we spent about 5 hours in there lol!

Generally had just a lovely lovely weekend, sad its over but it's quite nice to be home now. I;ve spent today organising the stuff I brought home so its a bit more organised and tidy now... I don;t have piles of boxes in the middle of my floor. Just lots of clothes to wash, and need to find space somewhere for another couple of boxes of books :S

My parents are going on holiday for a week tomorrow to Shropshire in their "camper" as they call it. I'm so glad on this occasion... that I am old enough to not go on these holidays anymore... the embaressment of my childhood of arriving at campsites with one or other dodgy old caravan or FOLDING caravan or whatever... still haunts me lol! No, I am very glad to be staying at home, I can get some useful stuff done I hope as I have my car I can around. Will hopefully be seeing Marie on Friday, and may be going to London to meet up with uni people and go chill at Wimbledon on Monday. AND me and becca have got tickets to see the Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre in Covent Garden on Tuesday night as a kind of... birthday thing for both of us, and then I'll be staying with her in Basingstoke for a night or two. So... still lots to look forward to!

Other stuff on my to do list... read more books, redo the UBM display at church, revise French, do some reading about Brussels/Belgium, get prayer letters done and out to people....... so yeah... I can keep busy. I might also make some additions to the paintwork in my room in the form of some TEAL paint :)

Currently by the way, reading Woman in White by Wilkie Collins, which I wanted to read because its a classic and what not, and I'd really like to get through a lot of the classics, I wasn't sur eif I'd enjoy it or not, but I am. I'm quite hooked actually wondering what's going to happen and how it will turn out. But its a very long book, I've read it solidly for about 8 or 9 hours I think on the train up and down to and from Preston, and am probably only nearly a quarter of the way through it.

Anyhoo... I'm waffling on about stuff and it's not that interesting so I'll go now. :)
