I dno about you, but I read Cake Wrecks. It's actually hilarious, thankyou jenny for introducing me to it last year hehe! But for the 12 days running up to Christmas, each day they chose a charitable organisation to big up to their followers, and to ask them to each give $1 each day, to hopefully raise literally, tens of thousands of dollars for these organisations.
One that caught my eye was Love146 (one forty six as they say in america!)

Check it out, watch some of the other videos, and give some money if you feel that way inclined. It's not a Christian organisation but what they're doing is so important and it's hard to think that stuff like this goes on around the world every day, and the majority of us are either ignorant of it, or can too easily pretend to be.
